Methods of Payment
It's easy to make a
purchase at our web store. For your convenience, we accept VISA,
MasterCard, and American Express. However we only accept cards that have
been issued in Canada or the United States. Please note that all our
advertised prices are in Canadian dollars. If you would rather not use
your credit card online from your home computer, you can have your order
processed by calling a customer service representative at
1-866-730-2040. Currently, we do not have discounts available for our
education or charity customers customers.
Returning Products
Purchased Online
Our goal is to
ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you
receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to
opening the factory sealed product packaging. If you are not
satisfied with your order, you may exchange or return your product by
mailing your product with a copy of your emailed invoice to:

Before mailing your
product please call our Toll Free number 1-866-730-2040 to receive your
RMA number.
IMPORTANT: Packages
returned without an RMA number will be refused. Your RMA number is valid
for 14 days. Simply return the product in the same condition as when you
purchased it, with all manuals, accessories, and the packing slip. We
would be pleased to exchange or give you a refund up to 30 days after
your receive your order.
Please note that
refunds are not available on opened software packages, video games,
music CDs, DVD movies, internal peripheral products (such as memory
chips, modems, etc.) or consumable products (such as printer toner
cartridges). If defective, these products may be exchanged within 30
days of receiving them. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are
non-refundable; however, we will gladly refund your original shipping
cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we
have determined that the product is defective.
All products (both
defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase
condition, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards,
manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.
IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the
order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be
deducted from the total credit amount.
On purchases made
with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be
credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5 to 7 business
days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise.
Purchasing by Minors
For the protection
of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are
under the legal age of majority and wish to purchase from our online
store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.
Misprints
We do our best to
provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the
event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or
cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the
correction, and/or correct the error on our web site. In the event that
you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the unit
back and offer you a full refund.
Advertising Rebate
Policy
Any applicable taxes
are calculated and payable on the price before rebate. Applicable
postage must be paid on mail-in rebates. Rebates payable in US dollars
are subject to currency fluctuations and may be subject to Canadian bank
processing fees. Future Shop is not responsible for manufacturer mail-in
rebates.
